Service communication is non-existent. They do not return calls and do NOT DO what they say. It should be called the UN-SERVICE dept. Terrible is a term I use infrequently but this place is terrible to the tenth power.

In my opinion this is NOT a dealer you want to purchase a car from. We got duped into buying a car that supposedly have towing package and had nothing on it. After the towbar / Hitch was installed that was as far as the tow package went.

I would not recommend them. If anyone there tells you about some deal they are going to give you have them put it in writing (not the pre written contracts) but have them write it and sign it and have the manager(s) sign it.. They seem to have short memories - “i don’t remember saying that” or “ that person no longer works here so we don’t know what they told you”.We will not be buying a vehicle from them again.

I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Cadillac XTS on August 6, 2024. I was greeted by Ramon Acosta (Service Advisor). He was very friendly. He made me feel welcome and treated me great from the time I met him to the time I left. I will definitely get my next oil change at Bravo Cadillac. Just so you're aware of the situation I am in. The first day of having the car was good, I had a great experience and I got a "new to me" vehicle it was about 6:00-7:00PM. Service department is always so amazing. I am always asking about coupons for my oil changes and they are always so helpful.

After you purchase the vehicle the customer service changes. Appointments are hard to schedule, callbacks are non existent, and they don’t provide services that you agreed to prior to purchasing. I dropped my car off to have a noise looked at and they had it for a week, said they fixed it, and it makes the exact same noise. I only have one key for the vehicle and have been waiting for the spare for a month now.

Can’t remember the last time I bought a new car. I like the fact that there was no pressure or aggressive salesman. Jacob was very smart & friendly in answering all my questions! Jacob…you da mannn! Lol

We were traveling through and had AMAZING HELP from Bravo Honda service! They put my car up on the lift and reattached the shield that came loose. On a Saturday with no wait. And no charge. I’m recommending Brendan and this dealership to everybody I know.

Made an appointment yesterday to have an oil and filter change, dropped off the car this morning 15 minutes before my appointment. It has been 3-hours and the vehicle is still not ready. Before I drove off from dealership with the car I purchased from them I pointed to a functional defect that was not disclosed to me. This is a scam dealership. They have negative reviews in every phase of operation. They suck.

This dealership doesn't give you the vibe that people normally expect from car dealerships. They're not pushy. They don't stand over you like vultures looking to make a quick buck. We went over several times to this dealership to look at vehicles, that we had seen on their websites. After many looks, test drives and finagicaling with finance on what we would receive for our vehicle and then what we were going to be paying for the vehicle less all the glitz and glam added to the sticker price. We finally drove with one of the best decisions, we have made with buying a vehicle. The team, Jaelin, Ivan, Marcus really went to bat for us and it is truly appreciated!

Terrible customer service, nothing but bottom feeders at this dealership. Their goal is to screw people over as much as possible. I would not recommend them. Every time I go I still have to pay something out of pocket even though they discreetly added an extended warranty to the sales contract. I’m not going to blame Chevy. Bravo has repaired all my Chevy vehicles. I didn't get good service from my Chevrolet dealer as my warranty was expiring.
